• Connect photographers, athletes, families, teams, and event attendees

3. Publicly Shared Content
Private account information is only accessible to you and authorized app administrators as necessary to operate and secure the service. Information you intentionally post to public profiles, event listings, or media galleries may be visible to other IBT users or the public.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
Your information may be processed by trusted service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, notifications, cloud storage, and other essential app operations. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and are only permitted to use it to provide services to IBT.
5. Payments
When you purchase services through IBT, payment and transaction information is processed by our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Transaction metadata may be retained to support bookings, payouts, and dispute resolution.
6. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records, content needed for booking fulfillment and payouts, and records required for legal compliance may be retained longer. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, subject to applicable legal obligations.
8. Account Deletion and Data-Deletion Requests
You can delete your account at any time from within the app's account settings, which removes your profile, galleries, bookings, and related content. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at mariomurraypro@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
IBT is intended for use by adults and, where applicable, by parents or guardians acting on behalf of student-athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. User Privacy Rights

11. Camera, Photos, and Location Permissions
IBT may request access to your device camera, photo library, and location to enable uploading media, capturing content, and associating event coverage with locations. These permissions are optional; you can manage or revoke them at any time in your device settings. Location information is only collected when permission is provided.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by other means. Continued use of IBT after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
